Will Lisa’s Mindset Coaching Program work for me?
I personally have the most success when I have time blocked on my calendar, a coach who is counting on me to show up, and a supportive community.

When is the group starting?

There is a bonus kick off call for new members at 10am PT on Wednesday, September 6.

When are the monthly group coaching calls?
Thursday, September 14
Tuesday, September 26
There will be two sessions each month and each session will have a 10am PT and 7pm PT time.

What happens if I miss a live call?
If you miss a live call, no worries! A recording will always be available after.
Also, if you miss the morning call, you can always join the evening call instead.
How long does the program last?
The program is designed to help keep you focused on what you want and support you on an ongoing basis.
What’s the benefit of group coaching?
With group coaching change happens rapidly as you’ll get to witness what it’s like for other people as they too get stuck, start, struggle, restart and succeed.
We can learn so much from each other and you’ll feel stronger knowing you’re not alone.

How big is the group going to be?
My intention is for this to be a mid-sized group of amazing people that you’ll get to connect with and get to know over the coming months.

I’ve seen so many people hold themselves back and stay stuck because they think they need to map out every single step along the way before they even begin. Don’t fall into that sneaky trap of procrastination and perfectionism.
I’ve got a busy schedule, how much time will Lisa’s Mindset Coaching Program take each month?
We meet live two hours a month, that's it. There are way too many programs out there that require a ton of time that I know you don't have.
I created this program to give you the biggest impact with the most minimal investment of your time. Here’s how the time commitment breaks down:
First Group Coaching Call: We'll do a short meditation, then I'll share the month's theme and lead you through a variety of exercises to help you gain clarity, connect with your why, practice self-compassion, and explore roadblocks and how to get around them. Time: 60 mins.
Second Group Coaching Call: We'll do a short meditation, then we'll have plenty of time for laser coaching to help you with your specific challenges. Time: 60 mins.
What bonuses are included?
When you join, you’ll get immediate access to my Mindset Reset Audio Course, a ten part audio series compiled of 10 minute power lessons and meditations.
It’s the perfect way to jumpstart your mindset training.
When can I access the 70+ recorded guided meditations?
Once you register, you’ll get access to the meditations immediately and will have 24/7 access as long as you’re enrolled in the program.
Do I have to prepare for the calls?
Mindset Coaching is a space where you can show up exactly as you are (no prep required!).
Imagine all that can be different for you six months from today. Trust that you don't need to know all the answers and the exact path forward, you just need to be curious and show up.
Can I easily cancel my membership?
Yes, you can stop your membership easily. You just need cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged, but it’s really easy and all self-serve in the membership portal.
If you cancel your membership you’ll lose access to the membership portal and meditations until you join again.
My hope is that you’ll find it valuable enough to stick with it but I totally get that we all need flexibility- that’s why I went with this model.
